Description: Polyketone resin is a neutral, unsaponifiable cyclohexanone-formaldehyde resin with high brightness and light resistance. Its chemical structure gives it special quality and characteristics, with high gloss, hardness, resistance to degradation and weather resistance. Because this resin does not contain ester bonds in its structure, it has good water resistance. The main bond contains many cyclohexyl groups, making it heat resistant. In addition, the polarity of the ketone group and the hydroxyl group makes it have wide solubility and compatibility, as well as good pigment wetting and adhesion. Therefore, aldehyde and ketone resins are compatible with both more polar compounds and less polar compounds. They are suitable for most inks, coatings and adhesive systems, and are used to improve the speed of inks, coatings and adhesives. Dryness, gloss, adhesion, fluidity, pigment wettability and solids content are ideal raw materials for inks, coatings and adhesives.
Application:
Ink industry: plastic surface printing ink, plastic composite ink, aluminum thin ink, bronzing ink, gold and silver cardboard ink, anti-counterfeiting ink, adhesive sheet ink, transparent ink, thermal transfer ink, etc.
Varnish: cigarette case varnish, paper varnish, leather varnish, shoe varnish, nail varnish, tipping paper ink, and so on.
Coating/paint industry: wood varnish or color paint and wood primer, nitro metallic paint, mechanical topcoat, primer and repair paint, paper coatings of nitrocellulose or acetylcellulose, baking paint, chlorinated rubber paint and vinyl chloride copolymer paint, polyurethane paint, nitro paint, plastic paint, acrylic resin paint, hammer paint, car varnish, car repair paint, motorcycle paint, bicycle paint, etc.
Adhesives and other fields: nitrocellulose adhesive, control the melt viscosity and hardness of the cooling block, polishing agents and wood surface treatment agents, fabric waterproofing agent, polyurethane component adhesive and so on.
